Learning Objectives

By the end of this CPR/BLS Training Course, you will gain the knowledge and skills needed to respond confidently in emergency situations. Specifically, you will learn to:
Perform high-quality CPR on adults, children, and infants.
Recognize and respond to cardiac arrest and respiratory emergencies.
Use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) effectively and safely.
Manage airway obstructions (choking) for all age groups.
Apply rescue breathing and bag-valve-mask (BVM) ventilation.
Assess emergency situations and ensure scene safety.
Work as part of a team during multi-rescuer resuscitation scenarios.
Understand the post-resuscitation care process and patient handover.

Material Includes

  • Participants in the CPR/BLS Training Course will receive the following materials to support their learning:
  • Comprehensive Training Manual – Covers all course topics and CPR/BLS guidelines.
  • CPR Pocket Mask – For practicing and performing rescue breathing.
  • Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Practice Kit – Hands-on AED training.
  • Airway Management Tools – For practicing airway opening and ventilation techniques.
  • Practice Manikins (Adult, Child, Infant) – For hands-on CPR and choking relief training.
  • Course Completion Certificate – Recognized certification upon successful completion.

Requirements

  • No prior medical experience is necessary, but this course is ideal for healthcare professionals and first responders.
  • Participants must be at least 16 years old (or follow the training provider’s age requirements).
  • Comfortable clothing is recommended, as the course involves hands-on practice (e.g., performing CPR on manikins).
  • Ability to kneel, bend, and perform chest compressions for an extended period.
  • Arrive on time for each session. Late arrivals may miss critical components of the training.
  • Follow the instructor’s guidance during practical exercises to ensure proper technique and safety.
  • Complete all course modules and pass the final practical and written evaluations (if applicable).
  • Certification will be awarded only upon successful course completion and assessment.
